Email Alerting

The Email Alerting page allows users to configure Spectra Intelligence quota usage notifications. Users can enable email alerting, manage recipients, and define alert thresholds based on system quotas.

To receive email alerts, users must configure Spectra Intelligence via Central Configuration.

  • Enable Email Alerting: Select this checkbox to enable sending system alerts via email. Once enabled, any alerts generated by the system, such as quota warnings or system issues, will be distributed to the specified recipients.

  • Add All Users to the Recipients List: Select this checkbox to add all system users to the recipients list for email alerts.

  • Recipients: Enter the email addresses of the individuals who should receive system alerts. Multiple email addresses can be added by pressing the Enter key after each one. If the Add All Users to the Recipients List option is checked, additional recipients cannot be manually added.

  • Alert when quota has reached: Choose the quota level at which email alerts will be triggered. You can select one or more thresholds. The available options are: 50%, 75%, and 90%.

  • Alert when quota has been exceeded: Select this option to trigger an alert when the system's quota has been exceeded.
