Tokens
Spectra Analyze > Administration > Users & Personalization > Tokens
Under Tokens, you can manage authentication tokens, which are per-user keys for authenticating to the Spectra Analyze APIs.
Adding tokens
To create a new token, click Add Token and, from the drop-down list, select a User. Clicking Save, Save and add another, or Save and continue editing assigns a token to the selected user.
Optionally, do the following:
| Icon | Description |
|---|---|
| Opens a new window where you can change the selected user's information. | |
| Opens a new window where you can add another user. | |
| Leaves the Tokens page and opens the selected user's information in the same tab. |
Searching for tokens
The Tokens page contains a search bar for finding specific tokens. The search is case-insensitive. To search for a token, enter an exact or partial key or username, and then click Search. To view the full list of tokens again, click the link denoting the total number of tokens in the parentheses next to the number of search results.
The token list supports multi-column ordering. The contents of every column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column name. When another column name is clicked, the ordering priority is shifted to the new column and indicated by numbers next to the column names.
Editing tokens
To edit an existing token, from the list on the Tokens page, click its key. From this page, you can update any information entered while adding the token.
This page also contains a History link that displays the history of changes related to that particular token.
Deleting tokens
To delete one or more tokens, from the Tokens page, find and select the tokens you want to delete. Then, under Action, select Delete Selected Tokens and click Go.
Alternatively, find and click the key of the token you want to delete, and at the bottom of the page, click Delete. On the next page, confirm the deletion of this token.
