Quota Usage Alerts

This page allows users to configure Spectra Intelligence quota usage email notifications. Users can enable email alerting, manage recipients, and define alert thresholds based on system quotas.

To receive email alerts, users must first configure the Spectra Intelligence account under Administration > Configuration & Update > Configuration > Spectra Intelligence.

Once you have configured the Spectra Intelligence account, provide the following information:

• Enable: check this box to enable system alerts via email. Once enabled, quota usage alerts are sent to the specified recipients.
• Add All Users to the Recipients List: check this box to add all system users to the recipients list for email alerts. The list is updated once a day.
• Recipients: enter the email addresses to receive system alerts. Multiple email addresses can be added by pressing Enter after each one. If Add All Users to the Recipients List is checked, additional recipients cannot be manually added.
• Alert when quota has reached: select one or more quota levels at which email alerts are triggered. The available options are 50%, 75%, and 90%.
• Alert when quota has been exceeded: check this box to trigger an alert when the system's quota has been exceeded.
